About My Approach

Doctor Stacey Windham naturopathic doctor with a stethoscope

My Philosophy

I believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal when it’s given the right support. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help patients uncover the underlying causes of what they’re experiencing so they can finally feel their best. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I approach each person as a whole: body, mind, and spirit—because lasting health happens when all three are supported.

What Makes My Care Different

I spend 90 minutes with each patient during the initial appointment because meaningful care takes time. During our visit, we take a deep dive into your current health concerns, past medical history, lifestyle, and the patterns that connect them. Appointments are never rushed. Whether you’re coming from Anderson, Hyde Park, or elsewhere in the greater Cincinnati area, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported from the very first visit.

I’m trained in both natural and conventional medicine, which allows me to thoughtfully consider the best approach for your specific health needs. We review prior labs, imaging, family history, and other relevant medical information to create a clear, complete picture of your health. From there, we determine whether additional evaluation is needed, such as assessing for autoimmune conditions or other underlying concerns, and how best to support your body moving forward.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals who are ready to look deeper and address the root cause of their symptoms rather than managing them long-term.

Many of my patients come to me feeling frustrated, unheard, or stuck—especially after being told their labs are “normal” while they still don’t feel well.

If you’re motivated to understand your body, participate actively in your care, and commit to a thoughtful, personalized healing process, this practice may be a good fit for you.

What Values Guide My Care?

We slow down.

Healing takes time. I intentionally offer 90-minute visits so you never feel rushed, dismissed, or unheard.

We look deeper.

Rather than masking symptoms, we work to understand why they’re happening by examining history, patterns, labs, family history, and lifestyle.

We integrate wisely.

My training in both natural and conventional medicine allows for thoughtful, evidence-informed care tailored to your body.

We treat the whole person.

Health is more than physical symptoms. Body, mind, and spirit are deeply connected—and all deserve attention.

We empower, not overwhelm.

You’ll leave visits with clarity, education, and confidence in the next steps—not confusion or fear.

Is WSHC Cincinnati a Good Fit for Me?

This practice is best suited for individuals who:

  • Want to understand the root cause of their symptoms
  • Are open to looking at the whole picture, not just a diagnosis
  • Are ready to take an active role in their health
  • Value personalized, unrushed care
  • Are seeking long-term healing

If you’re looking for a prescription-only approach, rushed appointments, without deeper exploration, this may not be the right fit—and that’s okay. My goal is to work with patients who are ready to partner in their healing.

What to Expect in Your Visit

Your initial visit is a 90-minute comprehensive appointment designed to give us the time and space needed to truly understand your health story.

We’ll review your:

  • current symptoms,
  • past health history,
  • family history,
  • lifestyle factors, and
  • any previous labs or imaging.

Together, we’ll outline next steps and determine whether additional testing would be helpful.

My goal is for you to leave feeling informed, empowered, and clear on your path forward.

If you’re ready to stop guessing, feel heard, and take meaningful steps toward your best health, I would be honored to support you.
