Our clinic accepts most major insurances including: OHP (Care Oregon), Regence BCBS, Providence Plans, United Healthcare, Aetna, HealthNet, PacificSource, Moda (Connexus, Synergy, OTHA, CCN). We do not accept Medicare or Kaiser plans.

Cash Rates:

We offer a 10% Time-of-Service for anyone paying out of pocket for their visits. Payment plans are available.
