Mental Health Counseling - 1 hour session
- A gentle, intuitive, empathic, client-centered, and evidence-based approach.

Vis Dialogue Holistic Counseling - 2 hour session
- A deep inquiry into the connection between mental beliefs and physical symptoms

Naturopathic Intake - 2 hours

Telehealth Screening for KAP
- This is a 1 hour intake session with Dr. Jonathan for patients who have a Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) therapist referral and is focused around a ketamine lozenge prescription for KAP at the therapist’s office.
- Existing patients and patients interested in KAP at the clinic, ketamine assisted acupuncture, or ketamine assisted massage, should also schedule this session for an intake and lozenge prescription.
Ketamine Lozenge Prescription Fee
- This is an administrative fee for submission of your ketamine lozenge prescription to the pharmacy.
Ketamine Therapy Session
- This is a 3 hour Ketamine Therapy session. Patients will have 1:1 attendance with one of our practitioners, which includes time to prepare for the session and copious integration time afterwards.
- In order to make these sessions as accessible as possible the fee will vary depending on the practitioner and the intensity of the session. We estimate the majority of sessions will fall between $300-$500, but could be higher or lower.
- We also invite patients to give beyond the charged amount if it feels right.
- This session cannot be scheduled online, please contact us.
Rates are $250 per hour with Dr. Jonathan, $175 per hour for Dr. Dana and Josie, and $120 per hour for Shane.
Applies to any treatment that we provide unless otherwise specified. Payment is due in office at the time of service.

Direct Care Membership
Our Direct Care Membership model removes insurance companies from the equation, providing you an affordable, convenient, and unhindered relationship with our clinicians. A reasonable monthly investment will help you prioritize your health while giving you full access to our clinical services. Choose a plan in your initial visit after speaking with your clinician about your health needs.
Membership plans are detailed below, and at your first visit you can work with your clinician to decide on a plan that is right for you.
Members receive a 20% reduction in fees for any services not included in the membership, including massage, ketamine therapy sessions, counseling, and Vis Dialogue Holistic Counseling.

Direct Care Memberships require a $250 initiation fee to cover the cost of administration and your comprehensive patient intake. Distance Care Memberships, due to shorter initial appointments, are $175.
Initiation fee is not required for established patients wishing to transfer to a Direct Care Membership.
If a patient cancels or puts their membership on hold for more than two months they will be asked to pay the initiation fee again when they rejoin.
No one will be denied a membership solely if they cannot afford one of the existing membership programs. Please contact the office to work something out if you need care but are struggling financially.
Insurance
We are out of network with all payers but may be able to bill your insurance for you or provide you with a superbill. If your insurance plan is an HMO out of network providers are not covered. If your plan is a PPO then it will likely provide some level of coverage. You are responsible for determining whether your plan covers out-of-network providers for counseling, integrative, naturopathic and acupuncture services, and at what amount, before your appointment.
You will be responsible for any copay, deductible, or co-insurance as detailed in your policy. If your policy does not cover a minimum of 60% of the billed services we will ask you to pay the difference up to this amount. Services are billed to your insurance based on our Fee Schedule.
The clinic does not bill Medicare, and all Medicare-eligible patients will be asked to refuse Medicare coverage for any services received.
Ketamine Therapy
For all ketamine assisted sessions that are of shorter duration, such as low-dose ketamine assisted acupuncture, there is no additional fee beyond the regular appointment fee for the incorporation of ketamine into the treatment.
Patients on a membership plan receive a 20% discount on all ketamine services, including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) sessions, follow-up appointments, and massage. For membership patients with lozenge prescriptions there is no additional fee for ketamine-assisted acupuncture treatments.
Insurance generally does not cover ketamine therapy, but we may be able to bill your insurance plan for time spent in-office. However, we cannot see patients on any Apple Health plan (Medicaid) for ketamine-related services, either in-office or through their therapist’s referral.
Cancellation Policy
We request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to offer the open time to another patient or client. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment we will charge 50% of the visit fee, based on the appointment you had scheduled. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will charge 100% of the visit fee.
We understand that life happens, and you may have unexpected events that prevent you from making it to your appointment. We are happy to waive any cancellation fee for accidents and emergencies.
