Time of Service Pricing
Complimentary 15-minute consultation for any new patient.
Initial 90-minute visit: $325
The initial visit is our time together to gather information; including your health history, previous labs and imaging and answer questions with Dr. Windham, ND, MS.
First Return Visit (60 minutes): $225
The first return visit includes lab review, discussion surround concerns, check in on progress and full wellness plan.
Return visit length based on complexity with pricing below:
Generally follow up visits (after the first follow up) are 30 minutes and occur 4-6 weeks after your initial visit. At times a 60 minute appointment is booked for more complex cases or if an individual has not been in in over a year.
30-minute Return Visit: $125
60-minute Return Visit: $225
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We take all major credit cards and HSA/FSA through our secure payment system.

Timeline
Once you schedule your initial visit, you will receive information on completing new patient paperwork from OptiMantra. It is imperative for the best use of time with Dr. Stacey Windham, ND, MS, that you fill out this paperwork and bring any labs, records, MyChart login information, and current supplements/medications to your initial appointment. The more information available during this appointment, the better!
All paperwork is required to be filled out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service and a credit card on file is required. We have individuals who use their HSA/FSA to pay for their appointments, labs, and supplements, but cannot guarantee your individual HSA/FSA will cover these items.
