Biography
Ben Schuff is a naturopathic medical student at National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. He earned Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology from the University of Dayton. His early professional experience includes working as an emergency medical technician, serving community health clinics for underprivileged and uninsured communities, and medical scribing for a pediatric emergency department. Since arriving at NUNM, Ben has been interested and participatory in developing holistic, multi-scale healthcare models with the Whole Systems Research Institute and researching endobiogenic medicine with his mentor Kamyar Hedayat, MD. Ben brings his passion for developing a whole systems, person-centered clinical model to his role as a volunteer Board Member.
