We offer two primary payment options: (1) Direct Care Membership and (2) Fee-For-Service

 

Direct Care Membership

Our Direct Care Membership model removes insurance companies from the equation, providing you an affordable, convenient, and unhindered relationship with our Naturopathic Doctors. A reasonable monthly investment will help you prioritize your health while giving you full access to our clinical services. Choose a plan in your initial visit after speaking with your clinician about your health needs.

Health Maintenance

• Includes 1 (60-minute) or 2 (30-minute acupuncture) visits per month
• 60-minute visits include acupuncture, pelvic floor therapy, Maya abdominal massage, craniosacral, and/or bodywork at no extra cost
• Includes occasional, unexpected, and acute 30-minute visits at no extra cost
• In-office care can be substituted with a virtual/telemedicine visit if needed

• For patients < 18 years of age
• Includes 1 (60-minute) or 2 (30-minute) visits per month
• Includes occasional, unexpected and acute 30-minute visits at no extra cost
• In-office care can be substituted with a virtual/telemedicine visit if needed
• Requires at least one family member > 18 years of age to be on one of the memberships

Schedule

Direct Care Memberships can be selected after having an initial comprehensive consultation.

We ask for a 6-month commitment.  Membership can be canceled with written notice 14 days before next bill cycle.

Fee For Service

Complimentary 15-minute consultation for any new patient.

Initial 90-minute visit: $320

Initial 60-minute Pediatric visit: $240

60-minute Return Visit: $160

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We take all major credit cards (swipe or chip) through our secure payment system.

We also accept cash and check.
